Snickerdoodle Cookies : Pillsbury
So, I really wanted to try to make these from scratch, but two tests in one week did not permit such a freedom. Instead, I found this....
Boxed Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix? I didn't know it existed! Hooray! Fairly simple to make, all I needed was the box, 1 stick of room temp butter, and 1 egg. Simple enough.
First, cream the butter and egg together
(don't forget to preheat oven at 375 degrees!)
Then, slowly add the packaged dry cookie dough mix
Mix well till it forms somewhat of a dough ball....
Much like this :)
Then, use a tablespoon to scoop the dough and use your hands to form them into ball shapes...
Well, mine looks like the walnuts from PVZ (not perfect) anyhow, swirl them around in the cinnamon/sugar mix, provided
And place on cookie sheet 2 in apart
Bake for 10 mins
And there you go, easy snicker doodle cookies when you're trying to convince your bf to let you take pics of him modeling clothes on :) if you haven't seen that visit my other blog here !
They were super swt! Im gonna try to make them from scratch and less SWEEEEET!
